Return & Refund Policy

All BRT Graphics kits are made to order. Please review the information below regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and order changes before placing your order.

1. Custom Graphics – Final Sale

All custom graphics kits are made specifically for your bike, number, name, colors, and design selections.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom graphics sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.

This includes:

  • Incorrect color selections
  • Design changes after approval
  • Incorrect bike information entered at checkout

2. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before submitting.

This includes:

  • Bike make, model, and year
  • Rider name and number
  • Color selections
  • Custom text or sponsor logos

BRT Graphics is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

If approved, we will replace the item at no cost. We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective products — replacements only.

4. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items such as plastics or accessories:

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Installation Responsibility

BRT Graphics is not responsible for improper installation.

We recommend professional installation or careful application following proper prep and installation methods.

7. Fitment Disclaimer

Our graphics are designed to fit OEM or OEM-replacement plastics.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Fitment issues due to aftermarket modifications
  • Incorrect bike model or year selected at checkout
