All BRT Graphics products are made to order. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, and order policies before placing your order.


1. Production Time

All graphics are produced after your design has been approved.

Once approved, orders are typically produced and shipped within one week.


2. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


3. Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your design has been approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.


4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

6. Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before submitting.

This includes:

  • Bike make, model, and year
  • Rider name and number
  • Color selections
  • Any custom details

BRT Graphics is not responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout.
